Do I need to be Buddhist to attend?
No. The event is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience or religious background. Whether you are simply curious about Buddhism or have an established practice, you are warmly welcome.
Is this event suitable for beginners?
Yes. The programme has been designed for both newcomers and experienced practitioners. Teachings are presented in an accessible way, and participants are welcome to ask questions throughout the event.
In what language will the teachings be given?
All teachings and practice sessions will be conducted in English, with live Greek translation throughout the event.
Can I attend only part of the programme?
Yes. You are welcome to attend the entire event or only the individual days or teachings that interest you.
Do I need previous meditation experience?
No previous meditation experience is required. All practices will be introduced and guided by Lama Caroline.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Meditation cushions and chairs will be available, although you are welcome to bring your own cushion if you prefer.
Can anyone receive the Kalachakra and Palden Lhamo Jenangs?
Yes. These Jenangs are open to all participants. No previous Buddhist experience is required, and Lama Caroline will explain the meaning and purpose of each blessing before it is given.
Will there be opportunities to ask questions?
Yes. There will be time throughout the programme for participants to ask questions and clarify points related to the teachings and practices.
Do I need to attend every day?
No. While attending the full programme provides the most complete experience, each day can also be attended independently.
